The Global Truss IB-C1.5-H180-KIT is a horizontal circular truss kit designed to create a 4.92 ft diameter circle. The kit consists of two 180 arc sections that connect together to form a complete circular truss structure. Its curved configuration adds flexibility to stage, display, exhibition, and architectural truss designs, making it useful for custom layouts where conventional straight truss sections are not suitable. The circular format can be used to support lighting, signage, decorative elements, branding, and other event installations. With its compact 1.5 m diameter, the kit is practical for a variety of professional production environments.

F32 I-Beam Compatibility

The circular truss kit is designed as part of the Global Truss F32 I-Beam truss system. Its 11 7/16 in. overall width corresponds to the dimensions of the F32 ladder-style truss profile, allowing the curved sections to integrate with appropriately configured F32 truss systems. This compatibility makes the kit useful for creating curved transitions and specialized truss configurations. It can expand the design possibilities of existing F32-based structures while providing production designers with greater flexibility when developing custom stage, exhibition, display, and event installations.

Two 180 Arc Sections

The IB-C1.5-H180-KIT includes two IB-C1.5-H-ARC180 components, with each section forming a 180 arc. When joined together, the two matching sections create the complete 4.92 ft horizontal circle. The two-piece configuration makes the kit easier to transport, handle, install, remove, and store compared with a permanently assembled circular structure. Each arc is designed to maintain the circular profile when properly assembled within the compatible truss system. This modular construction provides a consistent curved structure while retaining the practical benefits of a sectional truss system.

Durable Aluminum Construction

The truss sections feature 2 in. (50 mm) outer diameter tubing with a 0.08 in. (2 mm) wall thickness. The main tubing is reinforced with 3/4 in. (20 mm) diagonal bracing to create a strong and rigid truss structure. The aluminum construction provides a practical combination of durability, structural design, and relatively lightweight handling characteristics. This makes the truss suitable for professional event, staging, exhibition, and production environments where dependable construction and efficient handling are important. The material and reinforced design also help make the individual arc sections easier for crews to position during setup and teardown.

Versatile Production Applications

The Global Truss IB-C1.5-H180-KIT can be used for conventions, exhibitions, concerts, displays, stage environments, corporate events, and architectural installations. Its circular profile provides additional creative possibilities for lighting structures, signage, branding, decorative elements, and visual displays. The curved truss can also be incorporated into larger custom configurations alongside compatible F32 components, allowing production designers to create distinctive focal points and visually engaging structures. Its modular design makes it suitable for professional production companies, event designers, rental companies, staging crews, and exhibition specialists working with appropriately engineered truss layouts.

Lightweight and Easy to Handle

The complete IB-C1.5-H180-KIT weighs 24 lb (10.9 kg), making it relatively convenient to transport, position, and install. The two-piece construction allows each arc section to be handled separately during transportation, setup, and removal. Its manageable weight can simplify movement between storage areas, vehicles, venues, and production sites, while the compact circular configuration provides practical storage when compared with larger permanently assembled structures. This makes the kit particularly useful for touring productions, rental companies, and event professionals who frequently modify their truss configurations. Overall, the IB-C1.5-H180-KIT combines curved truss functionality, modular construction, durability, and efficient handling for professional staging and event applications.
